In this video interview, she shared her views with host Laura Keller, on how to meaningfully change the severe women under representation at key functions from portfolio managers to CEOs. She also discussed how Women in ETFs has become a positive force for changes.
The annual ETF.com award just concluded. In the Best New ESG ETF category, the climate impact ESG ETF, ticker ECOZ, took the award among five nominees, including products from Blackrock, Vanguard and JP Morgan. This is a pleasant surprise to both the ETF issuer, a start-up TrueShares and its subadvisor Purview Investment, a 100% women owned and run firm. As the lead portfolio manager for ECOZ and the founder of Purview Investments, Dr. Linda Zhang commented: “It’s particularly humbling to win the award against industry giants. It proves that there is still room to stand out for climate and ESG specialty firms.”
